SCOTT GILLAN – DIRECTOR, SNR. PROJECT MANAGER, LICENSED ROOF PLUMBER, CERTIFIED LEAD PAINT MANAGEMENT
Scott has been in the industry since 1983 starting as a plumbing apprentice he quickly grasped the principals of metal roofing and soon gained his Roof Plumbing License and commenced his own roofing company GILLAN ROOFING. Undertaking projects across the Eastern Seaboard and Tasmania he quickly grew to three full roofing crews and major roofing projects. Scott established a relationship with Graham Ash and they merged the two companies to create a full scale painting, roofing and maintenance company. Over recent years painting and coating projects have become the main focus of Argyle Maintenance while retaining the capability to undertake roofing and general maintenance/repair works, generally as part of major painting projects.
BOB CRAIN – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Bob has been with the company for over ten years he has over forty years experience in building and property. Bob is responsible for business growth, tender submissions, OHSEQIR and other site documentation, project assessment and marketing
MICHAEL (MICK) FRAWLEY – SITE SUPERVISOR
Mick was with Ash Coating prior to the merger he is a qualified painter and decorator, OHS Officer, Environmental Officer and First Aid Officer.
FERNANDO RODRIGUEZ – SITE SUPERVISOR
Fernando is another long serving Supervisor having been with Ash Coatings prior to the merger. He is a qualified painter and decorator Site Safety Officer, Training Manager and Environmental Manager.
