PRICING HONESTY – We do not assess high income clients, taxpayer or ratepayer funded, commercial or residential projects any differently … we quote the project as we see it and aim to be competitive but honest. We do not pad quotes for local or state government projects, infrastructure projects and we do not low ball in the hope of getting a project only to tack on “extras”. A fixed price quote from ARGYLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES is just that.

QUALITY FINISHES – We pride ourselves and our trade staff on quality outcomes which in turn elicits continued repeat clients. Paint and coating products are necessary for the protection of the base surface product be it wood, concrete, steel, plaster board or any one of a number of products but in the end it is that paint or coating surface that is viewed in the eye of the beholder. A quality finish is what we aim for on all projects, it starts with preparation of the surface 80% of painting is preparation. Then it is appropriate product selection, we are constantly researching and reviewing products to ensure that the most upto date product information is carried forwar to the client and the project.

SAFETY – Quality trade staff are not easy to find and hold on to and the safety of our trade staff is of the highest priority and with no lost time injuries for over 15 years our record of safety speaks for itself. Public and stakeholder safety is also a high priority and all care is taken on site to ensure that the public are aware of works in place and are safely guided away from any possible mishaps. Pedestrian and Traffic management are always in place when working in areas where pedestrian and/or vehicle traffic is an issue. ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS – This is a standard management practice on all projects and our staff are constantly trained and made aware of environmental issue on site and with any products that may be being used on site. An Environmental Management Plan is put in place for all projects big or small and must be complied with at all times by trade staff, sub contractors and anyone else accessing our sites.
