Argyle Maintenance provides painting services to Manningham City Council and were assigned to complete the preparation and painting of the external surfaces of the Doncaster East Scout Hall. Previously unpainted concrete tiles and previously painted surfaces including window grates, roller doors, timber window frames and posts were all required to be high pressure cleaned prior to painting. Concrete tiles required the application of a sealer, primer coat and colour coat, grates required a metal primer followed by two colour coats.

The project was completed at the quoted price and in due time. The Council and the stakeholders agreed that the end result was excellent and achieve the specified result of bringing the appearance of the premises to a clean, fresh and suitably protected finish..
